97: Going the Extra Mile: Request for Hair Tie & Nail Clipper
Right before heading out for dinner, I had called Operator at Rayavadee to request for a simple elastic band to tie up my hair as well as a nail clipper.
It was a straight forward request and I was not expecting anything special.
Well, I was proven wrong and look at what I received in the room:

Reflective thoughts: The handwritten card consists of several signatures from the team. As the guest, what does it convey when you receive a standard printed notice versus a handwritten note? Or how about a message with one signature versus several from team members (and across different departments)?
